Arturia Melson-Silimon is an incoming Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at Virginia Tech. Her current research interests include the experiences of marginalized employees navigating stigma through identity shifting, code-switching, and identity management. Dr. Melson-Silimon received her PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Georgia and was an NSF Graduate Research Fellow from 2020-2024.
